There was just enough high altitude clouds made up of ice crystals to create a beautiful <span><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Halo_%28optical_phenomenon%29\">halo around the moon<\/a><\/span>. For awhile there was actually two rings.. it was quite spectacular.
